End of dec or End of Jan doesn't matter as long as it's in!

But it would be nice to let shareholders know ( announcement or via website) that the resolution has been delayed till end of jan due to blah blah etc rather than letting speculators give their own variations of events etc etc after dec 31st.

But we'll see, I think tincom have been waiting a while to deposit the money but were just waiting for the resolution to be passed in Nov by shareholders - who knows the money could even be in and Kos is just holding till the very end hahaha.
