Some perspective:
Looking at the pics again - the "The game for child employees" pic shows the Victoria Coldry logo above the Cement Factory logo - comfortably locked in among the established businesses.
Why is that significant?

The Concrete plant is a major project and has been underway since 2007. Obviously Tincom see Victoria Coldry as a given....imo
