What minor costs are associated with supply of lignite and site ECT estimate is $6.60 ALL INCLUSIVE.

I wont challenge ECT cost estimate to LYP as I have no way of knowing if their confidence in the remaining accountant is justified.What I would estimate as the value to those in need of lignite and site is PRICELESS.I reckon LYP will extract all they can get.
