Exergen is receiving research funds because they are still trying to optimise their tech. They are years away from commercialising their tech.
ESI can't qualify for more government funds re the Coldry tech because Coldry is presently being commercialised...in other words Coldry is a proven tech...and doesn't need funding to prove if it works or not.
As we have been saying here, Coldry is years ahead of Exergen. Period.
