    Design for Tender has commenced,coal supply assured.

    Just in time because refinancing will be made easier either from federal funding or private as a potential coal export market up to 20 million tons per year at an average price in excess of $100 per ton ,represents earning to government ,power stations and technology provider ...ECT.

    tomorrow will know outcome ? change or business as usual.
