The signing ceremony details must be known if they are planning to complete this prior to the end of the month. Will Ect give us notice leading up to the signing, might be nice to get some momentum prior to signing and revenue model as this, unlike the last signing, should give us some nice details for an evaluation of what Ect is worth and we will see some movement north.
