About 54% of Australia's electricity is produced from black coal.
It costs ECT about $20 a tonne to produce the coldry pellets and the current black coal price is about $70 a tonne.
I would assume the black coal electricity produces will to switch to coldry pellets eventually once ECT can supply them with the pellets.
At the recent AGM, they indicated that sourcing brown coal is not an issue for ECT. That to me says it all.
