    "We've taken a look at the cost of introducing a Coldry-based solution, and it adds around 13%, to the current cost of generation, keeping the cost per MWh at less than $45 while reducing CO2 emissions by around 44%."

    "adds around 13%, to the current cost of generation"

    Nov 2010 - ECT said the above in their landmark "Dogma" report:

    http://www.ectltd.com.au/news/report-co2-reduction-in-victoria-dogma-or-delivery/

    So whats happened since then...Nov 2010?

    * 42% -> 51%...emissions reduction

    * $400 mill <- $300 mill...capex reduction

    * 13% <- ?...electricity cost stability?

    All the above says pre combustion Coldry is looking real.

    Tincom etc is largely done....whats next...lol
