My plan for them was to wait till 2013 to make a decision.

They will either be .001 or might be 10-20c if things come good. There is so much time value in them I don't really think about sell levels.

If they were 10c tomorrow and I didn't think the company was worth $150m then maybe I'd sell some but these types of companies can be rerated from market caps of $30m to $100-200m really easily with no substantial changes - just investors discovering them or the world changing - as I believe Japan has changed it for coal. They have just upgraded to Severity 7 - the highest. Anyone outside China thinking of Nuclear is committing political suicide IMHO so brown coal is a serious alternative for another 2 decades - but in this environmentally conscious world it needs to be cleaned up to hit the political button too.

People can afford solar and wind in most countries in the world and Asia is going to increase it's demand for energy 10x or 20x or 30x over then next decade. If coaldry works then it will get carried along for the ride.
