2. I broke my cardinal rule here ... never ever touch a company where directors are not buying shares on market , And I have paid the p rice .
3. Why on earth does a confident director need bonus shares? Will that director not perform unless there is a”free handout “? Surely a big shot confident and knowledgeable director can treble the value of his big parcel he purchased on Market . That’s his skill isn’t it ? That’s why he gets Directors fees ! 120 million shares and I thought it was 60 mill. Oh deary me .
