Coles brand product quality deterioration

For decades Coles was always my preferred place to shop as you had the core good quality products I wanted.
Yes, prices have been rising as they have been rising at other retailers like Aldi and Woolworths but IMO Coles are making some really bad management decisions wrt to product quality that indicates they think their customers are dead-set dummies.
Yes, they will fool a lot of people who are mindless of quality and most of us are aware that tubes, cans and packets gradually get smaller at the same time as the prices rise but what is new (a new management decision) is the deterioration of the content of those products and for anyone who cooks and has used their products (I am talking store brands here) then it is immediately obvious that product is being plumped up with much more fillers, sawdust and yes... even water!

These are REALLY bad management decisions that have led me to now mostly shop at Woolworths and Aldi.

The tomato paste for example is now diluted with 50% water! And that is no underestimate.
