Leah Weckert really has presided over a dehumanization of Coles IMHO, Massively overpaid, she has presided over less staff, more self service machines, shelves inappropriately packed, hardly any staff in store, underpayments of staff, deterioration of product range, and of course high prices a.k.a. Price gouging.

Why is Coles allowed to do this? Why does The boss’ union, United Voice, allow Leah to get away with reduced staff numbers, security used for shoplifting rather than breaking up the brawls and fights and of course no staff to help shoppers in times of deteriorating product range and high prices?

Perhaps a machine should replace Leah Weckert as CEO. A machine could do no worse, surely?

Put the humans back in charge.

Albo should stop this dehumanization of shops, Albo, stop it or cop it.

What is the point of United Voice? is it a boss’s union for the machines or for the bosses? Why does it not support the human workers and get Coles staffed again?
