Importantly, why would Coles grandiose store at Crows Nest NSW have access for customers to one only toilet elsewhere in the centre and on in store shopper enquiry be told by customer service “Sorry there’s only one key to one toilet in the centre and it’s with another customer.”
The store can cope with thousands of. Customers daily; pathetic customer service and idiotic store and centre planning by management.
