Our tech team needs to up their game. POS terminals are much more cumbersome than WOW. Every time I shop at Coles that 'skip bagging' alert always comes up and I have to flag the attendant to clear it. Frustrating. The liquor website (used this a lot recently to drown my share market sorrows) is also deficient. So many steps to sign up and the shopping cart function keeps losing orders). Some stores are very outdated and not alluring to shoppers. Very frustrating as a holder. They must improve the customer experience to stop losing ground to competitors
