Where do.you see increasing competition coming from when there are few sites for new shopping centres ? Wes on other hand has had to keep the Target duds. Control over direction is not a good investment decision but holding 15% because the household name will in time command a higher PE might be real reason plus pressure from ACCC.
It's a cash business and worth more than most bank.imo in terms of growth potential and basic value.
