Not everyone is after shopping experience, many people will simply look for the cheapest prices. Pretty sure the ACCC wont touch Amazon or they would have already, as they are currently selling some items (not many) around half the price of woolies and coles. May point being there is plenty of competition coming. Maybe coles can match them with good ideas, customer service etc, but the competition will attract some of the market form current stores, which has to hit the bottom line.
