I can almost read the COL BOD minds and where they are looking to expand. I attempted to put a proposal to them earlier this year but even though the idea was rejected, I bet they thinking about it and crunching numbers as we chat on HC. They are a tough bunch at COL, they don't mind looking at other peoples ideas and pay as little as they can.
