hi chand. yes it look very important deal for tzl but is it good deal for shareholders ???

if deal is worth $ 10 m before profit and tzl make $ 5 m profit AND tzl issue 50 m share for this deal under resolution 8 ( 200m shares x 25 % = 50 m shares ) then what rewards is this deal worth to shareholder ?

$5 m profit / 50 m shares = 10 c. 10 c is not much for a big deal but may be mr market will pay many times over for this 10 c. may be $ 1 ? but ALL depend on promotion from management. if tzl promotes FINALLY then it will be VERY GOOD. but if tzl play hide and seek peek a boo i hate you then price will go up on deal for a few days and back down on deal just like every other deal before.

so question at agm is not just about deal but why hell tzl is breeding shares like mice hookers with no contraception. pregnant again this time with five! 5 x 10 m shares. whos the daddy ? and then the babies grow up quickly in 12 months to give original shares grandchildren. it look like this is what is happening. PLEASE STOP MAKING CHEAP SHARE BABIES TZL BECAUSE SHARES ARE NOT UNDER EXTINCTION THREAT. thanks
