Yea thanks again Aram rare to have someone who is bearish and not holding provide such help - much appreciated.

ACCC all over honey but more concerned about the Chinese or other imported products being passed off as either real honey (sometimes, it's not!) or Australian honey.

I share your concerns about beekeepers and the industry in general the only thing is I think that the benefits to Capilano probably outweigh the costs. Having said that it's fair to say number one worry is that 100% Australian honey basically becomes something beekeepers sell at boutique prices (say, $30 a jar - I've already seen that price btw).

If Capilano has to put up prices that much, it is in trouble because a) volumes will be very low and b) even middle class people will use honey a lot less I reckon.
