Great story switchmullet. Maybe the card issuers should provide a crash course on signatures. I doubt few employees would care enough to learn to look for the key parts of a signature. And even so, you would have to be pretty confident to knock back a card, and not piss off a customer, then boss will be sad :((( Lucky Coles/Woolworths are 'trying'. I'm well known by staff but they at least go through the motion of 'checking' before Amex accepted bin(recently in Perth) in case a supervisor noticed they weren't looking.
