yes obviously hes unhappy but he said hes making modest structural change to separate out opr and jhep... In my opinion allowing extension with that modest structural change...so basically want all focus on OPR with some structural change of separting JHEP and that has already been discussed...pretty much extension approval is just formal process in next week from here....
