MMX and Mitsubishi have seperated OP&R from Jack Hills however they are both still 50% owners of both.

Modest structural changes....
a. Perhaps he wants to open the door to the Chinese to become a stakeholder in OP&R.
b. Perhaps he wants OP&R to do an IPO and publicly list so that MMX and Mitsubishi don't have 50/50 in each...Instead of borrowing billions they could raise billions and investors could have equity.

What's the odds of a Trading Halt? Until Barnett defines what his modest structural change entails... I would think a trading halt would be appropriate considering he has made this public comment.
