I dont think it will fall through or they'd go it alone, they would have a fall back option should something go wrong with their 'preferred' partner.

Drilling due later this year after cyclone season, reasonable they cant drill before that and season extends til at least may to be safe, so I'd guess 1-4 mths after that. They'd ann drill rig contracted well before and provide date then at same time.
