He said all he could in his responses. He can't say it will happen in the next week or two. He can't say that it will happen before the end of this quarter. He said it will happen when it does.

Bottom line is the documents could be executed today, tomorrow, next week or month or never.

To be fair to Colin you can't get more professional than that.
