Insto's definitely would have dumped, maybe they weren't willing to escrow hence we chose the alternative.
Interesting to note fundraising uncertainty was the primary issue holding back the SP for many months, this is now resolved with a reasonably good outcome to existing SH, and no bounce from it. . . .
