For a cap raise seems pretty good,
1. shares go into strong hands
2. We dont have to draw all the money at once, so can take it at appropriate share related prices, discounted at 10 day VWAP, ( if i undestand correctly, so could be at 2.0c could be at 4 cents depending when we need the cash)
3. And the options have a strike of 3 cents and are unlisted
I could be wrong but I dont hate it.
( probably better described as funding solution, than Cap Raise)
