Yes I got that, I think its good that it is in small bundles allowing them to raise as they need without committing to low end prices. They know they have ripper deals in the pipeline and can raise if and when they need, the funds are raised trailing the share price at 15% not a bulk of shares now.
See if the market yawns, avoids or plays ball!
