"Equatorial is actively exploring opportunities for collaboration and partnership, both with Exxaro and other mining companies, in order to fast track the development of Mayoko-Moussondji. These opportunities include the potential
for direct investment at a project level as well as in the Company.
Currently, no binding agreements have been concluded nor has any opportunity sufficiently progressed to be announced to the market. There is no guarantee that any agreement or transaction will eventuate from the Company's current discussions. Should any opportunity progress to a binding agreement the Company will immediately inform the market."
