A thoughtful and commonsense summation fyffee. Prices here in Coffs Harbour are up according to Valuer General's Dept by 3% from their last valuation of three years ago. However, turnover/clearance I believe has been much slower than in previous years. There is quite a rental demand with construction work continuing of the Pacific Highway during the past year and ongoing for the next two.
Agree the population growth will underpin the demand both in this area and in metropolitan areas.
