collapse of markets will end when

.... a major financial institution (global probably ) or two files for bankruptcy.

This will be the trigger to restore market balance and give participants some one to blame and move on.

I posted someting similar to this 6 months or more ago and we are probably getting closer to it.

What do you think will happen if our local banks preserve capital by with holding or paying less dividends?
