well lets look at the impact of Centro - another manager of highly leveraged property trusts.
The market today is viewing Centro and AFG indifferently.
Reemphasises the importance of taking an opposite position to Goblin’s trade. Every position he takes, the opposite would have been better. He was ranting on about this stock last week.
This stock was cheap 3 months ago. Today its still expensive.
