It curious that ORE keeps releasing PR's about collecting VAT...

It curious that ORE keeps releasing PR's about collecting VAT refunds...and then pays down some loans with the money....like it's a big deal. That's obviously good for the company that the government repaid the money...and good that ORE paid down it's loans...but isn't that stuff for the quarterly reports? I was hoping to read something more 'production' oriented lately. We keep reading about how the expansion project is going to be great...etc., but they apparently can't get production to nameplate after 3 years of hedging. And people wonder why this stock is one of the largest shorts on the ASX. I'll be watching...
