There's no sign of Anna Bligh, Julia Gillard is nowhere to be seen, State Treasurer Andrew Fraser is in town, but still there's no decision on whether two major LNG EIS plans have been approved.
Federal Environment Minister Tony Burke has delayed his announcement by an hour, with news now expected at 3.30pm AEST.
While industry pundits and stakeholders seem confident, there are still many anxious people hanging on for this all-important announcement, due in about 30 minutes.
