It's their spin machine at their best. Giving out details only an hour beforehand of where and when the press conference will be.
Apparently the QLD polling for the projects is about 50/50, so I'm not surprised they're trying to slip it in at the end of the day and just before the weekend papers have time to run full page spreads on the news.
Pathetic way to treat people IMO. They've known what the decision would be for weeks.
