Collier Bay is defined by PLV as a horizon 3 project = long term. That doesnt mean you wont start preliminary stuff now like rock chips and sample testing. No timeframe on those expenditures I quoted were given. There is lots of paper work and approval processes required with long delays which is why its specified as horizon 3. A board/CEO thinks long term, ensuring overlap between projects.
