I'm not even going to pretend to understand what they are doing.
An area smack bang in the middle of Horizontal falls marine park, although some coastline areas will be general use.
Inhospitable virgin terrain impossible to get at.
It will suck up the money.
What are they thinking??? Hopefully they will tell us soon.
