If mediation doesn't produce anything , and it goes to a full trial later in the year , not sure how quick that trial will be in producing a result.
On how much is baked in , maybe 30 to 35c .
If it is more than that , there will be some very unhappy campers on these threads.
I am just hanging out for the demerger, if only to see whether we are right about court approval for the scheme being blocked by the ongoing litigation. Completely selfish , but if they cancel it, they will come up with some bs reason why ,and we will never be sure.
