    They have broken up Capital last 6 months into many pieces. Either sold off (to ares) or absorbed into amp ltd.

    The demerger co. (Collimate) is much smaller than the original Amp capital. Not sure if Collimate is sold altogether or just piece of it. Have to wait and see


    The argument of selling is by doing so, management can unlock values out of Capital. They didn't. All they did was converting assets to cash, with no premium and paying millions in 'transformational costs'
