I'm with you Hanrahan. Racism at its core is about hatred and intolerance, not inappropriate or offensive words uttered by a child or anyone else for that matter. Media and every armchair critic who had a crack at her should be ashamed. What a great country this is becoming when you can't have a laugh at yourself or palm off a comment made in the heat of the moment. We are breeding a soft, paranoid society. Maybe not humour but what else is there to do but laugh.
