    That's a grub thing to say about a very skilled midfielder! He had the smooth skills to anticipate the ball movement before contact and that wasn't properly revered until a few years after he retired. He broke tackles anyway and was one of the strongest players to run around. Your disrespect toward him as a player is not warranted. Hard ball gets zero is simply not fair.

    As a coach I agree he is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, and got caught up in the Maltmilkshake fall from grace. My passion on this may stem from me tipping them tonight, but I genuinely believe he was as good a modern midfielder who went around after me, Todd Viney and Andrew McLeod.

    Not a Collingwood supporter.
