As long as the big seller is not „through“ with the continuous selling, the sp will not recover.
I still believe that Sprott Asset Management is the unknown seller.
On 31.12.2014 Sprott´s holding was 8,070,704 shares of South Boulder Mines plus
1,694,575 Duketon shares (see page 11 and 12 of
http://www.sprott.com/media/338359/sprott-mutual-funds-year-end-financial-statements.pdf ).
On 30.06.2015 Sprott´s holding was 6,374,469 Danakali shares only (see page 7 of
https://www.sprott.com/media/313595/sprott-mutual-funds-mid-year-financial-statements.pdf ).
Sprott probably just want to get rid of the few shares they own in Australian Companies (see the
Geographic Allocation in http://www.sprott.com/products/sprott-canadian-equity-fund/ ).
Notice the very bad performance of this fund !
If Sprott is the main seller, there cannot be much left for selling from them.
Presently there are less than 300k on offer till 0,30 AUD.
Hopefully all weak hands will disappear soon.
