On the down side, for investors from Europe like me, the actual deadline (when to respond to my bank/broker) was last Friday. Luckily, I decided to go for it without news, given how freaking undervalued we still are ... But CR might still pick up some shares not taken up outside of Australia ...
Still, I agree, no collusion. Best guess now: Just an old-fashioned case of management trying to grow the company asap, even if that's not optimal from a shareholder value position ... oh well, I can live with that, as long as drilling Nymagee does indeed turn up more copper ...
