Can only concur (having had three of the bloody things)
Whilst its not something to look forward too, there's nothing really bad. ( The preparation is the worst- especially the no steak and chips)
Remember you are encouraged to drink plenty of clear fluids. (Nothing said about not adding alcohol)
The relief of finding there is nothing seriously wrong makes it all worth it.
