The stock will remain speculative until both S1 & S2 are at steady state and the Feb 14 earnings Ann provides conviction that the sales VOLUMES are towards the upper end of the negotiated parameters in the offtake agreements.
CoP for unsold material is still a cost against revenue in any reporting period and LAMP largely processes ROM so you can't pick and choose what comes out the other end, irrespective of what's contracted. Any sales on the spot market are likely to be heavily discounted unless there is a considerable upturn in demand.
