It's interesting that Mr. Glasier has not disclosed this possibility to WUC shareholders, don't you think? It seems material to me since having to obtain a SML would delay the realization of any revenue from the Sunday Mine Complex.

Combined with the admitted Siebels disclosure lapse, it makes one wonder if WUC is sufficiently attentive to compliance with securities regulations. I suppose it could be chalked up to WUC being a relatively new public company, but I thought Mr. Glasier was experienced in such matters.
