I'm not sure what delay we are talking about at the Pathfindef proje t, it may be worth considering that instead of instead of having a 24hr IP which is not really helpfull they will give a 30 day IP or even a 60 day IP to have a more stable number.
They also have a least two zones to tes, I doubt they will be run as one but its possible. A 30 day IP would come after the end of this month.
