Thanks for the viewpoint. Something to keep in mind. BTW, you may want to visit Victor, CO (or countless other Colorado mining towns) sometime if you would like to see all the benefits mining brings to a community, especially after they leave.
Not all of us care about the almighty dollar. I have a good job, a great wife, and my health. However, I certainly admit that it would be a good investment if BRM manages to pull this out. Nowhere to go but up when a stock sells for under 2c a share (well at least it is not far to zero). The only thing I like about your suggestion is that if it worked, I could find land elsewhere and try again.
Personally, my reasons for buying in the Tallahassee area was not as an investment, but for a way of life. Not one of my better decisions, but that is life......
