    Some interesting information ! I am aware today is April the 1st however interesting nonetheless . lol
    In an earlier announcement the company stated Colts new facility may suit MST or MAUL manufacturing or something like that?
    Why didnt Colt buy /take control of the notes for 13M ?
    As another post stated there is a potential 20B shares on issue , Colt could have gained a majority in MST ? and not be concerned by future outside parties.
