    Tradedemon,it clearly says further payment of US$10 m per 100mil ton.So it'd be great to have a jorc of 1 billion tons,but then that means the company has to pay 100 mill.I dont see this kind of payment with other coal specs.It's excessive,and that's being nice.Not a great deal.
