Thanks tradedemon for the info on biggest coal company in Columbia. BHP a very interesting name. Remember discussing the likelihood of interest of BHP in Transit long term last year given they have said that they are looking for big projects in potash. And now we get coal tenements in a region of the world that they would know to be quite underutilised. Can't help but think Transit is throwing its hands up and saying 'look at me' to the giant of the minerals world.
Will take a while to get attention but 2 years down the track I can't help but feeling that we'll be talking about a very different company - with either a full takeover done or the sale of one project and a focus on become a producer via the other big project. Patience is the right word.
Anyway, market seems to love it. And it rarely lies... Already up to second highest volume of shares traded in a day for the year.
